Before getting started in JAVA program

Assalamualaikum,

Before getting started, we need to identify some basic idea of:

What application we want to create?

Wisely, take deep breath and take a second to think of an idea on what application necessary that can help to simplified our daily activities, consisting time consume mostly on our work.

Get the idea?

If you get that idea, try to sketch the relation between this and that. It will help you eliminate most of your time on development later. This is important due to some of us want to complete the application 'just like that', just like snapping finger, purposely only to 'show off', but in the end, we didn't know how long the application will work and how much defect we will get. If sketching been made, directly and in directly, more ideas we will get, more extension, more function-ize the application will be.  

what IDE I want to use?

In modern day, so many platform products out there that can be used as an IDE to create our application. IDE stands for "Integrated Development Environment" in short defined, a platform that can make our application exists. In this blog, I will use NETBEANS IDE as my IDE in developing JAVA application. You can freely to search your suitable IDE for your application, as long it can get the job done.

Wait, is JAVA your thingy?

Make sure that your application is suitable for application you want to developed. Before going through, give yourself a space to find out which suitable program or language for your application. Based on the sketch, you will find out what language suits for you, language such as HTML, PHP, .NET, C++, JSF, JAVA, Perl, and so on.

I'm using JAVA?

I used JAVA for my application because as stated on my post before, actually, i really don't know why I used JAVA, maybe cause of the neat Graphical User Interface that can be manipulate based on my requirement. or maybe, I don't know anything about Phyton or Perl or PHP and so ever. Different people have their own opinion, depend how determine we are. Anyway, my concern is Learn and Learn. To simplified, if you think for security, than be a security. If you want famous, be actor or singer. You can get through any of this if you want to be someone else. Remember, don't have to be genius, need to be determine.
