I have been searching of idea on how can I create some application with commercial value feature to it. I have done some search of commercial application such as, UBS, but, some of company not applicable to their current activities.

The application will be called as Paper Less project, which means this application can help to reduce paper usage. The Paper Less project will be:

1. Human Resource Management

++ document control and report

++ employer and employee management and report

++ attendance and report

++ key performance index management and report

++ online support and reporting

++ job tracking and progress with report

++ paper usage consumption tracker and report

2. Finance

++ Transaction activities, track and report

++ Finance problem tracker and report

++ Finance forecast and report

++ Payroll company and report

++ Online report for internal only

++ paper usage consumption tracker and report

Both of this development can be apply to small or medium industry such as:

Realtor, Construction, Clinic, Logistic, Palm Oil, Auditor, Legal Firm, School and others.

This application will be made on custom development based on the current needed of the industry. So, it will not be used for general, but more to specific application.

I'm thinking, what if the application can be used in general? It can, but some features cant be apply to others. that's why, application must be based on the company situation.
